MGMT 1955 - STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is the capstone course for seniors in the Management major. Focuses are on corporate strategy formulation, implementation, and control. The knowledge and techniques learned in earlier courses will be applied in an integrated fashion to the process of strategic decision-making and organizational change in the highly competitive and dynamic global environment. Students will learn and apply the concepts and processes of strategy using a case methodology.
