CJ 1310 - ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMINAL JUSTICEMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course introduces the student to the role of criminal justice in protecting and reguLating the environment at both the micro and macro level. This includes environmental crimes of climate, water, air, ground, noise pollution and pollution found in the human body. The emerging field of environmental criminal justice demands fair treatment of all peoples with respect to environmental laws and their implementations including the right to safe and clean resources, work environments and living environments.
