NUR 0081 - FOUNDATIONS OF NURSING PRACTICE 2Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course builds on the fundamental skills learned in NUR 0080. The focus is on direct practice and correct manipulation of equipment during the performance of psychomotor skills. During laboratory sessions, students will have the opportunity to practice simulated clinical skills. The nursing process and clinical reasoning will serve as the framework for decision-making during skill performance. Through active laboratory participation, the student will demonstrate self-direction as a learner.
