NUR 0066 - NUTRITION FOR CLINICAL PRACTICEMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course focuses on nutrition for clinical practice for nurses. Food for energy and the major nutrients are considered for the promotion of health and for medical nutrition therapy for selected disruptions of health. Emphasis is placed on nutrition assessment and interventions in relation to the goals of the current healthy people document and dietary guidelines for Americans.
