CJ 1520 - VICTIMOLOGYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course traces the development of the field of victimology. It first examines the term "victim" and then provides an overview of the incidence, patterns, and consequences of criminal victimization. This course places special emphasis on victimization on college campuses and violence against women. It concludes by discussing victims' programs and services.
