PSY 1630 - PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course surveys theory and practice of personnel psychology. Topics include employee selection, performance appraisal, training and development, leadership, compensation, organizational structure and change, unions.
