SOC 0431 - BUREAUCRACIESMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course examines bureaucratic organizations of all types (industrial, commercial, governmental, religious, educational, social welfare, etc.) giving special attention to decision-making. People make decisions according to bureaucratic rules, in problem-solving groups, and in interest groups which seek to win advantages for themselves and their members.
