PEDC 0025 - AEROBICS-CROSS COUNTRY RUNNINGMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 Primarily involves a training program of light to moderate intensity with increased cardiovascular fitness and improved quality of life as a goal. In support of the instruction on cross-country running, students will receive some background information on aerobics in the form of handouts and mini lectures.
