MGMT 1885 - FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS & MKTSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course provides a broad introduction to various types of financial markets, institutions, and instruments in the United States. Students will have a better understanding of financial environment in which business operates, the institutions that facilitate the operations and the roles and functions of the federal reserve. They will also learn the mechanics and structures of money, bond, mortgage, stock, financial futures, options, interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange markets and the valuation of these financial securities.
