ENGLIT 0650 - IRISH LITERATUREMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course will introduce students to nonfiction, fiction, drama, and poetry by Irish writers, including Jonathan swift, William Butler Yeats, Oscar Wilde, James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, Seamus Heaney, Evan Boland and Roddy Doyle. Students will become familiar with a variety of literary styles, studied in the context of Irish history, politics and culture.
