ENGLIT 0310 - THE DRAMATIC IMAGINATIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course introduces students to the major dramatic forms and compares the ways playwrights from several centuries use ideas, characters and dramatic techniques. We will consider how social, historical, and dramatic contexts influence our interpretations and evaluation, or may lead to alternative understandings of a play.
