SPAN 1300 - SPANISH PHONETICS AND PHONEMICSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is an introduction to the study and practice of the sounds of Spanish. The overall objective of this course is to understand the sound system of Spanish as compared to English. Successful students will develop good auditory perception of Spanish and awareness of their own pronunciation, which could help to improve it.
