PS 1201 - CONSTITUTION AND CIVIL LIBERTIESMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The course will explore major topics in the area of civil liberties and civil rights which have concerned the Supreme Court in recent years and which have provoked extensive political and social controversy. Examples include decisions about discrimination, privacy, freedom of speech and assembly, and conflicts between freedom of the press and a fair trial.
