MGMT 1820 - OPERATIONS MANAGEMENTMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The fundamental problem of any manager is that of taking inputs and transforming them efficiently and effectively into products that result in a "satisfied" customer. This course provides foundations for managing operations in both the manufacturing and services sectors.
