BIOSC 1830 - BIOCHEMISTRY LABORATORYMinimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 Course introduces several basic experimental techniques of biochemistry including spectrophotometry, ion-exchange and gel-permeation chromatography, radio-chemical methods, gel electrophoresis, enzyme isolation, and nucleic acid purification.
